Considering the fact that the petitioner's application for bail was rejected on several occasions by co-ordinate Benches of this Court and the fact that commercial quantity of 22 kgs. ganja was recovered from the petitioner and the further fact that there has been no subsequent development since last rejection of bail, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

We further note that three out of eight witnesses have already been examined by the State and the next date of examination has been fixed on 2nd January, 2023. CRM (NDPS) 1201 of 2022 is accordingly rejected. We, however, direct the learned Court below to comply with the directions passed by the co-ordinate Benches on 9th November, 2021 and 23rd June, 2022 expediting the trial. There

shall be no unnecessary delay in completion of the trial and further investigation which should preferably be completed within two months from 2nd January, 2023.
