We have considered the materials on record. Trial is at its fag end.

Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to entertain the bail application of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. We direct the trial court to conclude the trial at an early date preferably within three months from the next date fixed before the said Court without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
