Ms. Sahu, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that a report has been prepared by the officer of the concerned Police Station. Let the report of the Sub Inspector of Police, Kalyani PS, RPD submitted through the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record. The report reflects that all the accused persons were acquitted by a judgement and order dated 2nd March, 2017. Accordingly, the revisional application do not call for any interference as the same was filed for quashing of the proceedings.

Thus, the present revisional application being CRR 3047 of 2012 is disposed of.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
