Order dated 16.08.2023 granting interim bail to the opposite party no. 2 has been assailed. Order is an interlocutory one. It is open to the petitioner to agitate his grievances before the learned Magistrate in accordance with law. In the event any application for cancellation of bail is filed learned Magistrate shall consider the same at the earliest preferably within thirty days from the date of filing of the said application without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

We make it clear that we have expressed no opinion with regard to the merits of the prayer which is left open to be decided by the learned Magistrate if approached by the petitioner.
