Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of action of the writ petition was for appointment in a particular post, which the petitioner has already been allotted in the meantime and the petitioner is now carrying on in the said post.

Accordingly, the writ petition has become infructuous according to learned counsel for the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, WPA 22934 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
