1. It is submitted by the learned advocate-on-record that instant revisional application was filed for quashing of complaint case no. CS/79881/2023 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 9thCourt, Calcutta. At present petitioners are acquitted from the charges.

Accordingly it is submitted by the learned advocate he is not willing to proceed further in this matter. Accordingly prays for withdrawing the revisional application and praying for necessary order in this regard.
