1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. The allegations disclosed involvement of the petitioner in an organized crime racket to defraud unsuspecting individuals.

3. In view of the nature of offence and to unravel ramification of the crime, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.
