1. Learned advocates for the parties are present.

2. In terms of order dated 06.02.2026 the contemnors/respondents have filed affidavit and stated that an appeal is preferred against the order dated 03.10.2025. The particular of the appeal case is given. It is further stated that the appeal has not yet been taken up for hearing and there is no order of stay, although the application for stay is filed.

3. In the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justices the contemnors/respondents should be granted reasonable opportunity to obtain necessary orders from the appellate Court. Thus, the matter stands adjourned till 20th March, 2026 for further report from the contemnors/respondents with regard to the

proceedings in appeal and further with regard to the necessary steps for compliance.
