The Act of 2002 provides statutory alternative remedy which are available to the petitioner. In such circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Accordingly, WPA 19728 of 2012 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
