The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in spite of an order of status quo, passed by a Coordinate Bench in CO 3664 of 2019, the private respondents herein are trying to change the nature and character of the suit property in violation of the order dated 12th of March, 2021 passed in CO 3664 of 2019.

The Officer-in-Charge, Baruipur Police Station is directed to see that the order dated 12th of March, 2021 passed in CO 3664 of 2019 is not violated by the parties.

With the above observations and directions the writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
