In WPA 23406 of 2025 Ms. Juin Dutta Chakraborty Mr. Debasish Kundu Mr. Sayan Mukherjee ....for the petitioner Learned advocate for the petitioner is present. Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. The petitioner in the instant application for contempt has alleged violation of the order dated October 3, 2025 passed in WPA 23406 of 2025 where a direction was issued upon the contemnors/respondents to treat the writ petitioner to be qualified with regard to the Physical Standard Test. It is the contention of the writ petitioner that the contemnors/respondents have violated the order of this Court by not treating the writ petitioners to be qualified with regard to the Physical Standard Test. In the facts and circumstances the petitioner is directed to cause service of copy of the contempt application upon the contemnors/respondents within 1 week and file an affidavit of service on the next date. Let this matter appear on January 9, 2026.
