Record reveals that the suit has been filed sometime in the year 2019 and 25th September, 2023 was fixed for peremptory hearing. Since this is a suit for eviction, inter alia, on the ground of reasonable requirement, the same is required to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the next date is fixed on 22nd January, 2024. In view thereof, CO 3375 of 2023 is disposed by requesting the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 1st Court at Srirampore to take up hearing of the suit being TS No.211 of 2019 on the next date fixed, i.e. 24th January, 2024 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible on or before the end of June 2024 without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties \ (HIRANMAY BHATTACHARYYA, J.)
