Special Officer, appointed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 20th October, 2022, has filed a report. The same is taken on record.

The Puja has been conducted.

This Court is of the view that since Title Suit No. 60 of 2010, Title Suit No. 126 of 2016 and Misc. Case No. 33 of 2021 are pending between the petitioners and the private respondents, the parties may assert their rights to conduct the Puja in the said pending civil suits.

The Writ Court does not enter into the disputed facts. The Special Officer is discharged.

The report of the Ketugram Police Station dated 13th October, 2022 in the form of instructions addressed to the State Advocate be also kept with the record.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
