3. Nobody appears for the petitioner.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on a number of occasions by this Court as well as by the Hon'ble Apex Court. Trial has commenced. Five witnesses have already been examined. 5.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

7. Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
