Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the suit being Title Suit No.174 of 2019 in respect of which present revisional application has been preferred, has already been decreed ex parte on November 25, 2022 and this revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, CO 3848 of 2019 is hereby dismissed as infructuous.

Copy of the judgment and decree submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the record.
