Petitioner submits he was in custody in connection with another case when the recovery was made.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Recovery was made from the residence of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid incriminating circumstance, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
