1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the submissions made on behalf of the de facto complainant that the petitioner and the de facto complaint are presently resident peacefully and happily and, moreover, also having regard to the fact that the injury report shows that the nature of the injury is simple, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary.

3. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner (Kamarujjaman Sk @ Kamarujamman Shaikh @ Raja Shaikh @ Sk.) shall be released on bail upon Signed By :
