The petitioners have not become necessary parties to the pre-emption case filed by the opposite party no.1 merely because they have also exercised their right of preemption in respect of the self-same plot of land. The order impugned dated March 7, 2024 passed by the 2nd Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Jangipur, District: Murshidabad in Miscellaneous LR Case No.05 of 2023 therefore, does not call for any interference. CO 3460 of 2024 is thus disposed of with the above observations without any order as to costs. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
