Having considered that the subjectmatter of the representation was dated 31st of July, 2012, I am of the view that

almost after 12 years, there is hardly any scope for interference.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19744 of 2012 along with CAN 1 of 2013 (Old No. CAN 11208 of 2013) is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also dismissed.
