Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that so far as entering into the jurisdiction of Sankrail Police Station is concerned, the concerned police station has got specific objections.

The petitioner was granted bail on 08.01.2025. So far as the issue relating to attending the Howrah Police Station is concerned, the same is waived. However, the ptitioner shall not enter into the jurisdiction of Sankrail Police Station without prior permission of the learned trial court. The petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date of the trial so fixed by the learned trial court.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
