-Vs.- The State of West Bengal & Anr.

Mr. Binay Panda Mr. Pravas Bhattacharya .....For the State The matter is listed today for hearing.

The instant revisional application was filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of criminal proceedings in connection with Bidhannagar Electronics Complex Police Station Case No.121 of 2014 dated 19.11.2014 under Sections 420/ 406/ 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, giving rise to G.R. Case No.1053 of 2014 pending before Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar.

Learned advocates for the State are present.

None appears for the petitioners and for opposite party no.2. Perused the application for revision, impugned order and the earlier submission made on behalf of the petitioners that they have amicably settled the disputes between them in connection with this case. It appears to me that the petitioners are not inclined to proceed with the revisional application for which no steps were taken by the petitioners on consecutive dates.

Therefore, the revisional application is dismissed for default. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar with a direction to proceed with the case in accordance with law.
