Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits there is no direct evidence connecting the petitioner with the murder. He did not have any motive to commit the crime. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the bail prayer and submits one Sunil Tudu was arrested in connection with this case. Pursuant to his statement petitioner was arrested. A button was recovered from the place of occurrence which matched with the blood stained shirt of the petitioner. 3.

We have considered the materials on record.

Khudiram Mandi was murdered by Sunil Tudu and Renuka Soren. Sunil Tudu disclosed name of the petitioner. Button recovered from the place of occurrence has matched with the

petitioner's shirt. FSL report shows presence of human blood on the shirt. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
