It is alleged that the petitioner's application seeking transfer on distance grounds is pending consideration at the end of the school authority. 2.

None represents the school. Affidavit of service is on record.

As it appears that the application of the petitioner is pending consideration, hence I dispose of the writ petition directing the school authority to take a decision on the petitioner's application seeking transfer in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

In the event the petitioner's application is allowed, then the school shall take necessary consequential steps in the matter strictly in terms of the applicable rules. The fate of the petitioner's application for transfer shall be made known to her.
