By the order dated February 23, 2021, the applicant was directed to be enlarged on bail upon furnishing a bond of `3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be a local. It is submitted today that it is not possible for the applicant to find two sureties of `3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) each. The amount should be reduced so that the applicant can effectively enjoy benefit of the order. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. We only modify the condition of granting bail to the extent that the applicant may furnish three solvent sureties of

`50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each, at least one of whom must be local, apart from the bond of `3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) which the applicant has been directed to furnish.

The other portions of the order dated February 23, 2021 shall remain unaltered.

The application being CRAN 3 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon completion of requisite formalities.
