10.06.2021 rrc CRM 10694 of 2019 In re : An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Bharatpur PS Case No. 175 of 2019 dated 07.07.2019 under Section 326(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

In the matter of : Jamat Sk ..... petitioner Mr. Manas Kumar Das .....For the petitioner Mr. Rana Mukherjee Ms. Zareen N. Khan Mr. Ashok Das ....For the State Mr. Rana Mukherjee, learned Additional Public Prosecutor pressed in service a photocopy of a report of the Officer-inCharge, Bharatpur Police Station, Murshidabad addressed to the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court to the effect that the accused Jamat Sk was accordingly convicted for the charge under Section 326A of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for ten years and to pay fine of Rs.10,000/- with default clause.

The said report be kept on the records.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner conceded to the said submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Accordingly, the application being CRM 10694 of 2019 is dismissed.
