Heard learned lawyers appearing for the parties. Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was illegally used to transport stolen coal. In view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioner and the nature of the offence, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
