Petitioners have complied with the condition of bail i.e. to remain within the jurisdiction of Joypur Police Station and report to the Officer-in-Charge of Joypur Police Station once in a week until further orders.

Under such circumstances the condition i.e. to remain within the jurisdiction of Joypur Police Station is waived and other condition is modified and he is directed to meet the Officer-in-Charge of the said police station once in a month until further orders.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, application for relaxation of condition of bail being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
