Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner lodged complaint against the private respondents which was registered as FIR. The petitioner seeks a direction upon the police authority to take immediate steps for securing the arrest of the accused.

Learned counsel for the private respondents submits that on an earlier occasion the petitioner lodged a complaint against a separate set of persons and chargesheet has been submitted therein on completion of the investigation.

The private

respondents lodged complaint against the petitioner alleging kidnapping of a minor of their family. As a retaliation, the present complaint has been lodged. Learned counsel submits that these facts have been suppressed by the petitioner in the present application.

Learned counsel for the State submits that chargesheet has been submitted after completion of investigation.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that in the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the mode and manner of investigation as reflected in the chargesheet, he will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
