Matter relates to transfer of the petitioner on medical ground.

However, after hearing learned advocates representing the parties it appears that the petitioner was appointed being selected through 1st State Level Selection Test 2016 (classes XI and XII). It is further submitted that the entire selection process of 1st SLST 2016 (classes IX to XII) has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court no order need be passed on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However this order shall not preclude the petitioner to make application for transfer in future if situation so arises.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
