Case No. 242/2022 dated 22.04.2022 under Sections 341/326/307/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

And In the matter of: Moynuddin Sk @ Mainuddin ....Petitioner Ms. Karabi Roy ...for the Petitioner Mr. Sanjoy Bardhan Ms. Debjani Dasgupta ...for the State Petitioner is in custody for 174 days.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that he is a septuagenarian and has been falsely implicated in the case. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Statements of witnesses recorded under Sections 161 and 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure prima facie disclosing the role of the petitioner in the crime.
