...... petitioners Mr. Manas Kumar Das ....for the petitioners Mr. Binay Panda Ms. Puspita Saha ....for the State Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the incident arose out of property disputes. The injury report of the victim suggests that the victim suffered grievous injury.

The police filed charge sheet.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the injuries of the petitioner as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4934 of 2022 is dismissed.
