In Re: CRAN 2 of 2025 CRAN 2 of 2025 is for restoration of the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 and recalling the order dated 16.09.2025. In view of the reasons assigned by the applicant/petitioner, I am of the opinion that the application be restored to its original file and number.

Accordingly, CRAN 2 of 2025 is allowed.

In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 The petitioner has prayed for waiving the condition imposed while granting bail in CRM(DB) 3709 of 2023. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the evidence of the case is being progressed. Petitioner has been complying with the conditions earlier imposed. Having regard to the fact that bail was granted on 25.09.2023 and more than two years have passed, I am of the

opinion that the condition so imposed be hereby waived. However, the learned trial court if it is found that any condition is required for ensuring the appearance of the petitioner, it would be the discretion of the trial court to impose such condition.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
