Petitioner had absconded. Warrant, proclamation and attachment has been issued against her.

In view of the aforesaid conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to her. It is open to the petitioner to appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 4935 of 2022 is disposed of.
