Petitioner was enlarged on anticipatory bail by the order dated October 13, 2022 requiring the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a month until further orders. State is represented.

With the filing of the charge sheet, we find no requirement on the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer any further. In such circumstances, we dispense with the requirement on the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a month until further orders as required by the order dated October 13, 2022.

All other conditions of the order dated October 13, 2022 will remain the same.

IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2023 in C.R.M. (A) 4938 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
