13.10.2022 Vacation Bench SL No.66 S.B/s.biswas C.R.M. (DB) 3599 of 2022 In Re: - An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Gangarampur P.S. Case No. 372/2021 dated 17.09.2021 under Section 376D of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Charge Sheet has been submitted under Sections 376D/379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In the matter of: Asraful Mia @ Madan and another ....Petitioners Mr. Bitasok Banerjee ...for the Petitioners Mr. Sanjoy Bardhan Ms. Debjani Dasgupta ...for the State The petitioners renew their prayer for bail.

Prayer for bail was rejected earlier on merits. In view of the aforesaid fact and as there is no change in circumstance, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
