1. The report filed by the Assistant Registrar, S.R. Section dated 15th May, 2024 states that as per CIS information database no such requisite regarding the certified copy of the impugned order has been filed till date.

2. In view of our earlier order dated 6th May, 2024, on expiry of seven days from the date of the aforesaid order, leave to file the appeal without certified copy of the impugned order shall stand recalled and as on date the appeal and the application are not surviving in view of our order dated 6th May, 2024.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has made an oral prayer for leave to furnish the certified copy of the impugned order.

4. In view of the fact that no requisition has been filed till 15th May, 2024, no leave could be granted at this stage. The appeal and the application are accordingly, dismissed.

5. This order shall be prevent the appellant to take out an appropriate application in accordance with law. (Soumen Sen, J.)
