The writ petitioner assails the inaction of the respondent No.2 in disposing of an application under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the said 'SARFAESI Act'). This application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act was filed sometime in October 22, 2024 and is still pending consideration.

Needless to mention that the statute mandates that such application be disposed of within strict timelines, which ought to be adhered to by the concerned authority. 4.

In view thereof, let such application be disposed of within a period of two weeks from date by the respondent no.2.

With the aforestated direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since affidavits have not been called for, allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied.
