2. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that although the de-facto complainant has not engaged a learned counsel, he is present in Court.

3. Heard the learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

4. Perused the case diary.

5. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the minor victim girl made before the learned Magistrate clearly implicating the present petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
