1. The electricity connection cannot be given to the petitioner because of the objection raised by the adjacent owner.

2. None appears for the private respondents.

3. Affidavit-of-service filed today in Court be kept with the records.

4. The Distribution Company Limited intimated the petitioner for submission of the way leave clearance the same could not be arranged by the petitioner.

5. To resolve the issue, the petitioner is granted leave to approach the District Magistrate, Purba Bardhaman by filing a comprehensive representation for finding out an alternative

arrangement from where electricity line can be provided to the petitioner.

6. Steps shall be taken by the District Magistrate to find out a solution upon giving opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of the representaion.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
