The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners, in his usual fairness, submits that through inadvertence the writ petition has been filed though the appropriate forum is the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal. The learned Advocate for the petitioners prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal. Heard the learned Counsel for the State.

In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
