Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.
We have considered the materials on record. There are ample evidence connecting the petitioners with the murder. Bail prayer of both the petitioners were rejected on a number of occasions. There is no change in circumstances since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
