Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that because of mis-communication the petitioner could not appear and warrant of arrest was issued by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jangipur in connection with Case No. CR 306 of 2020. Having regard to the fact that the proceedings are under Section 138 of the N. I. Act and the subject matter of the case relate to a cheque of Rs. 5,00,000/- being dishonoured, I direct that if the petitioner on or before 30th November, 2023 deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-, the learned Magistrate would recall the warrant of arrest and allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail and bond.

. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 3695 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
