1. At the time of hearing learned counsel for the appellant submits a print out of mail dated 18th March, 2026 as claimed to have been received from his client whereby the appellant has instructed to withdraw the instant appeal. The print out of the mail is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant thus submits that in view of such instruction appropriate order may be passed for withdrawal of the instant appeal.

3. On careful perusal of the entire material as placed before us and after hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, we find no predicament in allowing the prayer.

4. Accordingly, MAT 1714 of 2022 stands hereby disposed of as withdrawn.

5. With the withdrawal of the instant appeal, all pending interlocutory applications being CAN 1 of 2022 and CAN 2 of 2022 are also disposed of.

6. Interim order, if therebe any, stands vacated.
