By this writ petition, the Memo dated October 30, 2006 has been assailed. By the aforesaid Memo, an Administrator was appointed to assume the charge of the Managing Committee of Nandigram Brojo Mohan Girls' High School.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
