The present revision has been preferred against an application for setting aside and/or recalling of the order dated 01.10.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Lalbagh, Murshidabad, in connection with the Sessions Case No. 128 of 2018 arising out of Islampur P.S. Case No. 338 of 2017 dated 09.09.2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2630 of 2017 under Sections 498A/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As none appears for the petitioners since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
