By such order, interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner by the Coordinate Bench.

It is submitted at the bar that, the grant of interim anticipatory bail on October 16, 2023 was done just prior to the vacation without considering the materials in the case diary. We perused the materials in the case diary.

Co-accused was granted statutory bail. The victim is yet to be recovered.

Materials in the case diary implicate the petitioner in the allegation of kidnapping and abduction.

In view of the fact that the victim is yet to be recovered, we are unable to extend the interim order dated October 16, 2024 or grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4341 of 2023 is dismissed.
