The present revision has been preferred against an order dated 30.10.2019 passed by the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge (Special Court) Sealdah in Entally P.S. Case No. 296 of 2019 dated 04.10.2019 under Sections 376AB/328 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act.

As none appears for the petitioner since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
