We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show that there was a commotion between the parties and the victim was pushed into the river. In view of aforesaid incriminating materials, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
