The petitioners have renewed their prayer for bail. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that the allegations under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code can at best be attributed to the petitioners. There is no material to hold even prima facie that the petitioners are involved in committing offence under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code, so they may be released on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor in-charge on the other hand has placed the relevant portions of the case diary and objected the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Specific role of the petitioners were clearly stated in the statement made by the witnesses. Prayer for bail of the petitioners were lastly rejected on

4th August, 2022 and there is no change in circumstances. Therefore, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. The application for bail being CRM (DB) 3618 of 2022, is thus rejected.
