At the time of call, learned advocate representing the applicant prays for accommodation but same is refused taking note of the fact that order dated 2nd January, 2025 is complied with.

Affidavit of compliance filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor is taken on record. From affidavit of compliance it appears that arrear was sanctioned for the period from 12th May, 1999 to 13th September, 2007 which was credited to the account of the applicant on 13th November, 2025. Arrear amount was sanctioned as it appears from the memo dated 7th May, 2025 issued by the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Murshidabad. In addition thereto, it further

appears that pay of the applicant was fixed in post graduate scale with effect from 14th September, 2007 as directed by this Court in the order dated 2nd January, 2025.

Since order dated 2nd January, 2025 is complied with, contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
